Shipping policy

At Our Maker’s Medicine, each order is prepared with care using high-quality, natural ingredients. Many of our products are made in small batches or made-to-order to ensure freshness.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for our Wenatchee community as a convenient option at checkout.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with pickup instructions and a code for access.

Please plan to pick up your order within 48 hours of receiving your pickup notification.

If you are unable to pick up within that time, please reach out and we are happy to work with you when possible.

Orders not picked up within the pickup window may be restocked or subject to cancellation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We always offer FREE shipping within the U.S.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, Our Maker’s Medicine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
